GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

We Enter to Learn, Leave to Achieve

At SPS Global School, we are committed to fostering an environment of discipline, respect, and holistic growth. To ensure the smooth functioning of the school and the overall well-being of our students, we request all parents and guardians to adhere to the following rules and guidelines:

Parent Interaction & Communication

  • Quality education is only possible with the full cooperation of parents.

  • Early childhood years are crucial and require joint efforts from both teachers and parents to develop good habits and discipline.

  • Encourage children to do small tasks at home to build independence and confidence.

  • Ensure children bring the required books and notebooks daily, neatly covered and labeled with name, class, and subject.

  • Replace book covers if they become torn or untidy.

  • Check the school diary daily and take teachers’ notes seriously. Sign each note and respond accordingly.

  • Encourage children to speak in English at home.

  • Make sure children attend school in proper uniform with clean, polished shoes.

  • Send a leave application in advance if your child needs to be absent.

  • Teach children good manners, etiquette, and a sense of responsibility through household tasks.

  • Approach the school if you face serious problems with your child at home; we are here to help.

  • Take your child out with the family at least once a month for recreational and awareness purposes.

  • Treat the school as your own and share educational concerns directly with the Class Teacher or Principal.

  • Attend all scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings. Avoid visiting teachers on non-PTM days.

  • Do not go to classrooms during school hours. Items for students must be handed to the gate peon, who will pass them to the Principal.

  • The school does not believe in corporal punishment. Notes will be sent home in case of indiscipline. Repeated misbehavior may result in fines or withdrawal.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ written notice is required to issue any certificates. Certificates are provided only during working hours and after dues are cleared.

  • Do not offer money to school staff (peons/ayas). If necessary, route it through the school diary with acknowledgment from the Class Teacher.

  • Private tuition by school teachers is discouraged. Parents are advised not to request it.

  • Do not insist on taking your child home during school hours. In emergencies, written authorization is mandatory.

  • The school will release students only to parents or persons authorized in writing.
